Slice pastries, cakes, and crusty French breads with the Fusion Classic 9” Bread Knife. The scalloped serrations of this knife allow you to easily and cleanly cut through foods with tough outsides, but soft insides, so that there’s minimal mess or compression.
The Fusion Classic line embodies control, quality, and long-lasting dependability. Featuring a German-steel blade of X50CrMoV15 steel, each blade offers excellent edge retention and stain-resistance. The modified bolster is angled to encourage a proper pinch grip on the knife, giving the user mastery over their blade. Designed with an angle bolster for ease of sharpening, the whole blade can be used from tip to heel. An ergonomic, triple-riveted ABS handle encases each knife's full tang, giving the Fusion Classic substantial strength and heft. The ABS handle is dishwasher safe, but hand-washing is recommended.
